Wise Guides Reviews
Dear Bruce Kindly refer to our pricing posted on our site and note that you actually received your full day tour for under 2/3rds of the normal minimum price. I am incredibly saddened to hear that you felt my service was a 'rip off'. I work very hard to make sure that all my guests have a happy and safe experience with us, and I feel heart sore that you would believe that I was overcharging you and not giving someone exactly what they paid for. We discussed during lunch together that my supplier was having family issues at the time and made a mistake by misquoting you before the tour.
However it was rectified before the tour began and you were made fully aware of the situation. Two other guests were supposed to accompany you that day and did not show up, but I still gave you a great tour at a price that you agreed to. Having paid 2/3rds of the minimum price I am offended that you would post such negative comments on my humble tripadvisor page. If you dont believe me about the price; please refer to our site and look under 'peninsula tour' for 1 guest.
If you feel like I am being unreasonable or I am wrong about this contact me via my direct mail and we can clear up this misunderstanding.
Mary, a police officer, saw that her brother, a fellow police officer was going to be shot, she stepped in and was shot instead. When she woke up she heard voices and finally figured out that three ghosts were with her. She had died but she made a deal and came back tho help ghosts to cross over and she was back with her family. What did I like? I like the story line, if only it was true! What are you going to like? Everything about this story.
Strong characters, strong storyline and an awesome ending. What more is there to like? Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. It was nice to see Mary's first case.
Her new boss is tough to put her on this particular case but it taught her more than just how to communicate with the dead. Don't want to spoil with anything more specific. One issue for me was the transition into the confrontation in the old church; I had to go back a couple of times trying to see if I had missed something but I don't think I did.
I understand that there was probably intent to make it not immediately obvious what was happening but when you're trying to throw in a twist like that, the best versions of that are easy to identify when you go back and read (or view) again. I did not find that to be the case here. The story itself was very good but that specific spot was choppy and detracted from the overall experience.
I am still anxious for the next installment though. This is a very enjoyable series.

There is nothing worse than trying to save money in your home country or send money to friends or family, and losing a large chunk of it in the process. If you’d like more opinions on the quality of service, be sure to check out the reviews of 16,000 happy customers over at Trustpilot.co.uk. As for me, I’ll continue to use TransferWise on a monthly basis, as it makes my life a lot easier knowing that I’m getting an honest and competitive deal. No Christopher, actually YOU are ‘off the mark’. The stastical rate at which disastisfied English people complaint (other than to their freinds) is typically less than 2%. In the USA its not much higher. In Germany its less than 5%.
This has to be considered when assesing numbers of complaints. I have see large numbers of compalints on multiple review sites. TrustPilot is very far from a reliable source of informaiton. Many companies (inlcuding TransfewrWise) seem to operate a policy of sending invitations to review oly when they offer good servcie, this perverts the results. You seem to have had better experience and I am pleased for you. However my treatment by Transferwise was childish, unfprofessional and arrogant.
For Simon to dismiss people who disgagree with you as ‘idiots’ is not proper behaviour and should have been moderated. It is similarly imappropariate for an admin to support such comments rather than moderate them. In my view it reflects the same unprofessional attitude I previously expereiced with the company and it inhibits frank and turthful reviews here.
